Not much going on today! Had a good run with the Bro this am, and here is what I did!
We were the only ones at the boat house,
I wonder why!
It wasn't that cold, we were actually having a little heat wave this morning!
I think it we would have had a faster run if the park was plowed!
We did ok, but we can definitely do better

Ran a 10k TT and did pretty well!!!!
Jump-roped for 10 minutes straight
