I have been waiting for today, today I got to meet and photograph my new niece. My step-sister Jess had her first baby on Dec 29th and she is absolutely one of the cutest babies I have seen. She was the perfect lil model, and slept almost the entire time. I love when that happens!

Today was a Crosfit day
I liked this work out
short and tough
7 minutes of thrusters and pull ups
started wi th each, and the worked you way up by 3's for each until the time was up.
Then I did 4 rope climbs
I loved them
Tomorrow is a 5k time trial!
