Day 57 of my 365 blog

Feb 26th.

Our dinner tonight.  Stuffed Orange Roughy, broccoli, sweet potato, and a salad not shown.  I just wanted to show that I can make stuffed fish.  With the help of the fish guy at McGinnis Sisters, this turned out fantastic!!!!  Yummy! 

It was so good!

  1. I don't know how you continue to do those two a days.....I have done a few here and there and they are simply exhausting!! I give you a lot of credit. You are strong! Glad you're feeling better.

  2. They are very exhausting, but it is all worth it come marathon time! I am feeling much better, thank you! Are you going to coffee tomorrow? I may be a little late, but I will be there!
